About the role
This post is at Providere Academy, incorporating Annabelle Pre-School, for the 2027 academic year. We are looking for a Principal to lead a new school, establish effective systems and keep academic standards high. Minimum requirements: • A recognised degree in Education or an equivalent relevant qualification • A recognised teaching qualification and valid registration with the Teaching Service Department (TSD) • At least 8 years of teaching experience, with proven school leadership or management experience • Knowledge of the Cambridge Primary Curriculum, or experience in an international curriculum environment • Strong leadership, administration, communication and decision-making skills • Experience in curriculum development, staff supervision, learner assessment and school improvement planning • Knowledge of school policies, safeguarding, discipline and child protection • Excellent organisational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Ability to lead a new school, establish effective systems and maintain high academic standards
