About the role
This post is at Providere Academy, incorporating Annabelle Pre-School, for the 2027 academic year. We are looking for primary teachers to join us for 2027. Recent graduates are welcome to apply. Minimum requirements: • A recognised teaching qualification, preferably a Diploma or Degree in Primary Education • Relevant teaching experience in a primary school; Cambridge curriculum experience will be an advantage • Sound understanding of primary level teaching methodologies, curriculum planning and assessment • Ability to prepare lesson plans, schemes of work, learner progress reports and teaching resources • Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of learners with different abilities • Good classroom management, communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken • ICT skills and the ability to integrate technology into teaching • A commitment to safeguarding, learner wellbeing, professional conduct and continuous professional development • Willingness to undertake Cambridge curriculum training and implement the school’s academic standards • An advantage: experience teaching Cambridge Primary, familiarity with Cambridge learner assessment, and willingness to take part in curriculum planning and school development
